Travelling and learning about different cultures and cuisines that I can incorporate in unique, memorable event experiences is my favourite part of hospitality. Whether it’s a wedding or a Monday morning meeting, every detail counts and builds on our reputation for customer service. I’ve learned so much since the opening of Civic Hotel and have built lifelong friendships here. I look forward to deepening my relationships with existing clients and colleagues and to expanding our reach in the community.
