Located in the heart of the academic, clean technology, government agencies, and entrepreneurial communities, the Civic Hotel seamlessly combines professional, personal, and formal spaces to create a functional and versatile experience.

Civic Hotel offers 8,000 SF of flexible, hi-tech meeting and event spaces. Our facilities include full-service catering, cutting-edge audio/visual equipment and seamless wireless internet. Some spaces offer natural lighting or views overlooking our lobby and Civic Plaza.

Convention floor room specifications (pdf)

Civic Grand Ballroom

A signature conference space with adjoining foyer. Ballrooms A & B may be combined into one large space for up to 250 people for dinner, and up to 300 people for a reception.

Boulevard Ballroom

A private conference space, or overflow rooms for larger events. Ballrooms A & B may be combined into one large space for up to 100 people for dinner, and up to 125 for a reception.

Meeting Rooms

Two meeting room options, each with its own registration area, and view of the Civic Plaza.
