I started in the food industry when I was 15. As a chef, I travelled throughout Australia developing my craft at different restaurants. Once I earned the Red Seal Certification, it fueled my passion for catering. The best part of my career is exploring my creativity when it comes to food. Each new event and experience teaches me to overcome unique challenges. I am proud to be a part of Civic Hotel’s team and for my innovative skills to help shape the culinary scene in Surrey City Centre.
