Being the first hire for Civic Hotel, I worked on the pre-opening team and have loved building strong relationships with everyone here. One of my favourite parts of the hospitality sector is meeting people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I especially like when we exceed guests’ expectations. It’s also important to me to share Surrey’s unique experiences with them. I revel in this hotel’s impact on the community.
