International, world-class hotels and restaurants have been in my blood for a number of years, and I feel honoured to have cooked with renowned chefs and served dignitaries all over the world. The best part of my profession is the ability to explore my creativity when it comes to food. My culinary journey has taken me to many global destinations: a cooking show on television in India (Foodistan), an award-winning restaurant in Mumbai, and time onboard a cruise ship. I understand how meals can unify, and I love to bring people together around great food. I’m excited to innovate and create community alongside the rest of the team here at Civic Hotel.
