I started cooking when I was young by helping my mother in the kitchen. My culinary passion grew from seeing people’s reactions to my dishes. The more I pushed boundaries with flavours, ingredients, and techniques, the more joy guests received through my creations. My restaurant and hotel experience across Metro Vancouver led me to become part of the Civic Hotel pre-opening team. I am excited to be part of the transformation of Surrey as a culinary destination.
